A coach is a lot of things! A coach is your strategic partner and sounding board motivating you to move forward the way you want to. A good coach is not your advisor, therapist or friend. We do not give advice. We know you hold the answers to your own destiny and as a coach, we help you figure out your destination. A coach is an objective and non-judgemental supporter meeting you where you are at and provide information for you based on where you are coming from.
How you parent (not why you do what you do) is what affects your relationship with your kids. An ADHD Parent Coach will educate you about parenting strategies that have a proven track record of helping families with kids with ADHD. She will empower you to determine the best tools and strategies (some of which you already have!) that you can use to parent your unique kid.
Gaining control of our family lives is a critical piece leading to calm and connection in our homes. When children feel connected they feel safe and secure. They will know you believe in them. This will help them soar and will make your life so much better.
